Jack is a certified HR professional (SHRM CP) with a proven track record of partnering with leadership teams to design and implement people strategies that align with organizational goals. He has extensive experience navigating complex employment laws, conducting risk assessments, and advising on workforce structures to minimize liability and support long-term growth. His background includes deep knowledge of multi-state compliance requirements, with a particular focus on navigating California’s complex regulatory environment.
Before launching Phoenix HR Consulting, Jack led HR initiatives across multiple industries, overseeing end-to-end recruiting processes, building onboarding programs from the ground up, managing policy and compliance frameworks, and coordinating strategic projects to strengthen organizational infrastructure. His expertise allows clients to operate confidently, knowing their HR foundation is both legally sound and strategically designed.
